Operating quality system

We do not only claim having quality management system, but we actually implement it. It successfully operates in our company and ensures the quality of the provided services.

We have a separate quality management subdivision

The personnel of the quality management subdivision (about 16 qualified managers) periodically check how the cleaners implement their work. They take care that everything is done neatly, in accordance with the instructions; supervise the efficiency of the work of the employees. Employees, controlling the quality, work all over Lithuania.

We ensure the quality of the work of cleaners

At the premises of every client we leave “Work duration and quality control journal”. In this journal the cleaner makes notes every day: when coming, when leaving and also signs in it. The journal contains instructions for the cleaner, how the work must be performed, what means and how should be used, how various surfaces should be used.

We improve the knowledge of the employees

Employing a new cleaner first of all we teach, how to use the means and explain the process of the work. Every day after the training new employee is supervised by the employee from quality management subdivision until the quality of the work of the new employee fully complies with quality standards.

Management system complies with international standards

Our management system complies with quality management standard LST EN ISO 9001:2001, environment protection standard LST EN ISO 14001:2005 as well as employee safety and health management standard LST 1997. We ensure constant improvement of the provided services, meeting the needs of the clients, nourishment of natural and work environment.

The company trained a team of young, professional employees and launched advanced cleaning technologies, the company provides premise and outdoor territory cleaning services, taking into consideration the expectations and requests of every client.

  • In every-day activities use qualitative, ecologic and safe work means and devices, seeking to ensure prevention of the pollution and decrease of the negative impact upon the nature..
  • To take care of and to maintain high quality of the services provided by us as well as qualification of the employees, implement prevention of accidents and illnesses of the employees, to crate safe conditions for qualitative and productive work.
  • To sustain and to implement this policy, allocate the necessary resources for education of the employees, growth of their liability, motivation and competence.

For the implementation of the goals we launched and constantly improve integrated quality, environment protection, employee safety and health management system, complying with the requirements of the standards LST EN ISO 9001:2001, ISO 14001:2005 and LST 1977:2008. Integrated management policy is constantly revised, available to all interested parties; it is known and understood by all the employees.
